Market Comment - An Estate Agents View

The market remains challenging although there are some positive signs of improvement. Viewings are still a little low however most activity is from seriously minded purchasers. It is important that asking prices remain realistic, to that end our sellers are realistic in there expectations and where necessarily have reviewed price accordingly. Our March 2008 sales figures were an improvement on last years, so yes there is activity.

Confidence is the key ingredient in securing a sale and this has obviously been knocked by negative press over the last few months.

Easter Egg Competition

Our Sleaford Office would like to congratulate the winners of our recent Easter Egg Competition.

Children from the age groups 5 and under, 6-8 years, and 9-11 years were invited to decorate or paint a hardboiled egg, to get the chance to win Family Cinema Tickets, £50 for their school and a Thorntons Easter Egg. Every entrant received a crème egg as a special thank you for their hard work.

ADELE CELEBRATES HER HAT TRICK

Adele Worth looking deservedly pleased having negotiated the sale of three properties in one day. Adele a Sales Negotiator at our Sleaford Office joined us four months ago and has already established herself as a most valuable member of the Sleaford team. Well done Adele.
