Market Comment - An Estate Agents View
7th May 2008
The market remains challenging although there are some positive signs of improvement. Viewings are still a little low however most activity is from seriously minded purchasers. It is important that asking prices remain realistic, to that end our sellers are realistic in there expectations and where necessarily have reviewed price accordingly. Our March 2008 sales figures were an improvement on last years, so yes there is activity.
Confidence is the key ingredient in securing a sale and this has obviously been knocked by negative press over the last few months.
A good agent is one who will tell a client if there property will sell or not. Gives best advice at all times and has worked in all market conditions. Call us today for an no obligation appraisal of your property. Martyn Wand DipSurvPract DipDEA CPEA FNAEA
